First tow provider time kept increasing. Progressive changed to you and driver arrived relatively quickly. He was polite and efficient.
Again we rate everyone 5 star but we write an honest review. Our car was towed by mistake with few other cars. The towing company was called to remove a car parked in the wrong spot and the driver took it up on himself to get a huge pay day removing 6 other cars and causing delays and confusion in the next morning. Smart of him thinking to make money but he should have made sure that these cars are good to be towed. Place look like crap where the store the cars, employees don’t give a crap about costumer service and this is why they have low star reviews in google. I mean most of the towing companies suck but this is the big sucker. I asked the person at the window so you have the drivers to pick up the cars but you don’t have the drivers to bring them back since it was a mistake… not worth the argument but anyways here is your 5 star review for really poor costumer service.
They were professional, they got better as fast as they could with all the calls they had going. I needed a jumpstart for my motorcycle. At like 11:00 on a Sunday night. They did a great job. Thanks again!
Driver was on time and excellent at his job. We were very impressed at the skill level of this driver and the overall professionalism of this company. If I ever need a tow or road side assistance ( which I hope I won't) I will definitely make this company one of 1st calls Thank you for extra care of our vehicle
My Tow truck driver was very helpful and kind. My car over heated and stopped on me. When he arrived he even checked my oil and water. He and noticed that the oil was mixing with the water and told me to not start the car again until it is check by a mechanic.
