Dodge Roadside Assistance secured All-Ways to transport our “dead” car from the condo garage to dealer. Good text communication & App tracking. Driver was excellent. When the tow truck wouldn’t clear the garage entrance, he assisted in pushing the car out garage gate to load it on the ramp. (we disengaged the transmission prior to his arrival). Very quick and careful w/ loading. We literally didn’t speak the same language, but all communication was swift and paperwork thorough.
Probably the best experience I've had considering the situation. Driver arrived within the given time limit while being in touch and providing updates on his location, gently and professionally secured my baby and cautiously delivered to the repairs. Definitely recommend if you got in mishap of being broke on the side of the road.
My car broke down on a hill part of the street in the middle of the road, & it was pretty dangerous situation for me to do anything with the car. The car doesn't even want to move. Chino was able to tow my vehicle through heavy traffic. In the I-95 highway there was a car accident, and the fire truck was blocking most of the lanes except one. While the damage vehicle was on the passing lane. On top of that it was during the 5pm rush hour of traffic. I would have thought since the Fire Truck was blocking most of the traffic would free up the rest of the highway, but I was wrong. The highway got filled from every other entrance. At the end of the day Chino was able to park my vehicle in a tight space where there wasn't much room in the street. My axle for my vehicle was replace a 2 weeks ago, I thought that was the issue since it was the last thing replace but it was the wheel bearings.

Amazing service. Fast and reliable, I called them at 8pm to pick up my car from a tow yard. The driver was there by 8:20pm. Extremely professional and clean tow truck.
